My thirst for design began at University of Illinois as an Interior Design Major. When I started to focus on Kitchen and Bath Design specifically, I knew I had found my passion.

I love the transformation process.

Kitchens and baths are all about attention to detail. I strive to combine elements of cabinetry, tile, plumbing, and appliances, then bring them together in a cohesive plan that is exciting to the eye.

Living in Oak Park for nearly twenty years, I have a great appreciation for architecture. I have been involved with the Historical Society for over twelve years as Co-Chair of the Housewalk where I have the pleasure of selecting homes each year to be featured on the walk.

My professional experiences include establishing Acorn Design, my own Design firm where I was featured on the Parenthesis Kitchen Walk.

For the past four years I was a designer with Oak Park Kitchen and Bath and had one of our kitchens included in HGTV Magazine.
